Product Design Workshop – Headed by Mandar Kale
The latest Product Design workshop the school was headed by Mandar Kale, Head of Product Design at Strate, Bangalore.
The theme for the workshop was “Reimagine Food Delivery”. Students explored various aspects of user-centered design through the workshop. They analyzed existing scenarios and systems and created product, service, and system design solutions for tomorrow. Solutions included sustainable packaging, back support for delivery executives, and last mile wayfinding. They also tested their solutions on-field, using proof-of-concept and mock-ups, and presented real-world design solutions.
Strate focuses on human-centric thought and design. Every Stratos imbibes them into their designs as well as their lives. The Product Design Course workshop was, thus, a testament to our students’ commitment to bettering the lives of their fellow citizens.
